I was honored to be on a panel of experts at the Wise Traditions Conference with Weston A Price last night.

The final question was “if you could choose one thing in your wellness routine that you wouldn’t give up what would it be?”

I went last.

Other folks shared about cleaning up the diet, removing toxins, etc.

I’m still feeling a little self conscious about my answer and am second guessing myself but I said, “I live in a beautiful city surrounded by green spaces and I love getting outside to go running with my dog. It helps to relieve my stress and brings me joy.”

And it’s the truth.
