Saturn stationing direct could have influence over lymph flow whether it becomes backed up or finally releases.

Mars in Sagittarius while Mercury is retrograde can frustrate forward movement, or even cause accidents/injuries especially to the head, hips, knees, and feet as it progresses and squares Saturn. It could also indicate infection, or frustrate liver filtration.
