Shout out to my family of personal trainers at Titanium Performance! As you know, my job is very physical. I adjust close to 200 people per week. I am so grateful to work with them. I am stronger than I have ever been at 51!! And I know how incredibly important keeping Lean muscle is as we age. I plan to be adjusting y'all well into at LEAST my 70s (WHO knows, if I stay fit and strong?) Thank you for making a huge difference in my life!!
