Starbucks Pink Drink, with a twist💗

Let’s take everyone’s favorite Starbucks Pink Drink and turn it into a protein-packed smoothie that’s easy on digestion.

Pink Drink Smoothie Recipe:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1 to 2 tbsp rhubarb or dragon fruit, for pink color
1 scoop Gutty Vanilla Protein
1/4 cup lactose-free yogurt or low FODMAP coconut yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk, lactose-free milk, or macadamia milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend until creamy, pour into your cutest glass, and sip happy 💕

I created Better Blends because I was tired of seeing protein powders that, sure, helped build muscle, but absolutely destroy your gut in the process. And as someone with gut issues, I knew my body couldn’t handle that, so I created something better: Better Blends.

A protein powder made for all tummy types, yes, even the sensitive ones. We were the first protein powder to be certified Low FODMAP by Monash University, and we’re always pushing ourselves to create products that are not only gentle to digest, but thoughtfully made to support a healthier gut.

One thing about me: I’m always going to try to make a smoothie recipe work for sensitive guts. So here’s a Low FODMAP version of a dragon fruit smoothie that’s creamy, refreshing, and easy on your stomach.

Low FODMAP Dragon Fruit Smoothie�• 1/2 unripe banana, frozen�• 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit�• 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower florets (can sub out entirely) �• 1 tbsp maple syrup�• 1 serving collagen peptides�• 1 cup lactose-free milk or unsweetened almond milk�• 1 scoop Better Blends Vanilla Protein Powder
Blend until smooth and enjoy ✨

This one is a fun way to get in protein while keeping things a little more gut-friendly.
