Pranayama is the yogic practice of regulating the breath and, by extension, our vital life force.

At MÖV, our teachers use many different breathing techniques to help you connect with your pranayama flow of energy, from Ujjayi and Nadi Shodhana, to 4-7-8 and Box breathing, and more.

Today’s reminder: start with your breath, everything else follows.

Our community has been holding a lot recently, but what has stood out most is the way our Sangha continues to show up for the practice of yoga and for each other.

We’re reminded that shared breath, shared space, and shared care are where healing and resilience can happen.

Grounding is the practice of coming home to yourself. It’s where you find peace in the midst of chaos.

As our community navigates uncertainty, grief, anger, and exhaustion, grounding can be a small but powerful anchor. It might look like one slow breath, feeling your feet on the floor, or letting your shoulders soften for a moment.
