The Art of Wellness

The Art of Wellness Optimizing health and wellbeing for individuals, organizations, and communities. Plus they are super fun! Questions?

The Art of Yoga and Integrative Bodywork is founded by Catherine Justice, a yoga teacher, physical therapist, and CranioSacral Therapist in the Twin Cities area. Catherine teaches group vinyasa flow yoga classes and private yoga sessions based around the needs of individual clients. Through fluid sequencing of poses, an extensive knowledge of the physiology of yoga, deep breath work, and integration of yoga philosophy, Catherine's classes bring health and balance to both body and mind. Catherine is also available for private CranioSacral Integrative Bodywork sessions. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the body through restoring healthy mobility to the web of fascia, or connective tissue throughout the spine, cranium, nerves, brain, and entire body.

Using a gentle touch, practitioners release restrictions in the CranioSacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, decreasing stress and pain and improving mobility and health throughout the body.

This practice blends well with yoga, particularly to enhance the relaxing and healing effects of savasana and yogic relaxation. For more information on CranioSacral Therapy, visit www.upledger.com.
