Reiki is the art of channeling Universal Life Energy into the client to amplify the clients own self healing process. Reiki energy work is focused on your energy body, which can help you physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. This is a no touch form of Reiki, where the client lays comfortably on a
Reiki (massage) table fully clothed and covered in a light blanket if the client desires. All the client is required to do during the session
is relax! Sometimes the client feels effects during the session, sometimes after, or over the next few days. Each Reiki experience can be different, even for the same client.

What a wonderful and spiritually connected weekend! The animals showed up for us as we gathered at a beautiful lodge on Shakopee Lake in Kathio State Park this weekend to celebrate Ostara. We saw or heard so many birds including swans and geese, woodpeckers, eagles, hawks, and falcons. We heard the chorus of coyotes and possibly a wolf? A large cat might have made an appearance, an otter popped its head out of the ice, and a snake almost made it into the lodge. A ladybug did make it in and was successfully relocated. The northern lights have a brief show as well! We joined the collective for Peace, Live, Unity, and Respect at noon on Saturday, and journeyed in so many ways to connect with nature and spirit.

As people open to a more enlightened state, more and more are being connected to the Spirit realm whether they choose so or not. Spirit energy is everywhere and while some people want to connect, others don't want to have anything to do with it.
