Sharing consciousness is nothing new. However when you sit in your own power, meditate, become conscious in spirit awareness you have more freedom. Meaning you will become more sensitive in awareness to when energy other than yourself is presenting itself in your sphere. 🫶 When you consistently do self care and grounding into your own vessel then you can have better boundaries and more clarity.
People in spirit are on a higher frequency, so I find it more uplifting to share with them at times. 🌞 🌈 🪽
