DOMA is transitioning to a new HR system (moving from Paylocity to UKG), and we’re looking for a detail-driven, curious, and organized HR Intern to help support this exciting transformation.

This isn’t your typical internship — you’ll get hands-on experience with:
✔️ HR technology implementation
✔️ Data validation and process mapping
✔️ System testing and workflow design
✔️ Training and change management support
✔️ Multi-state HR operations in a growing organization

✨ Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) — designed to support focus, productivity, and balance.

You’ll work alongside our HR leadership team and gain exposure to how HR infrastructure is built to support real growth and real people.

🎓 Ideal for students pursuing Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems who want to understand how HR and technology intersect.
