Equality is excited to announce our first "Spotlight of the Month" winner for March.

We want to take a moment to recognize Krista Dahlke, who has been a cherished part of our farm team since 2020. She is incredibly kind, hardworking, and takes immense pride in our markets, CSA, and compost program. Beyond her dedication to the farm, she is an inspiring Special Olympics athlete—excelling in bowling, basketball, and floor hockey, and heading to nationals for golf in the Special Olympics with her partner Lexi in June 2026! Her outgoing personality, love for travel, theater, and Disney bring so much joy to our workplace. We are so lucky to have her!
