During the COVID-19 pandemic, I continue to provide safe, confidential psychotherapy in my private home office. I have a separate waiting area for individuals and families, which I disinfect before each new session. Allowing time between patients, in addition to affording privacy, insures that there is no contact. Patients exit through a separate door. Video or "TeleTherapy" is available and being covered by all insurance companies in Minnesota. Science has shown that staying emotionally and psychologically well and addressing stress can provide strength to your immune system as well.
