Hello friends - it has been awhile since we have been on this page. We wanted to announce the release of a reflection report on the PMC's work and what we learned from it. We started working on this three years ago and, of course, the truth of these last three years meant that it took some time to complete. It was important to us to put this together as a way of honoring what we experienced and learned, as well as sharing things with others seeking to build or already working within healing practice s**ces like the PMC. We know how often organizations or projects emerge and live only to then shut down without any capacity to tell their story as a handing forward - and then the same patterns get created again and again. Deep gratitude to everyone who was interviewed in this report, folks in the PMC and also a few folks not part of the PMC but who held similar organizations in other cities and went through similar patterns. We name gratitude on the report so won't do it here but know that this report could not have emerged without the interviewing prowess of Sun Yung Shin.
