Primera Update Regarding Covid -19: March 25, 2020
Dear Primera Medical Customers,
We would like to provide you with an update about how we are handling the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak at Primera Technology, Inc. Above all else, our number one priority is to keep our customers, our employees and their families safe.
As of today, we remain open for all online ordering. Our Plymouth, MN headquarters and Cheshire Lane manufacturing facility are closed to the public for in-person order pick-ups or repairs until further notice.
All employees, aside from those who handle fulfillment, are working diligently from home and/or shortened office work hours to minimize the possibility of exposure for everyone. Our fulfillment team will continue to be attentive about cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces and washing their hands as recommended. Because many of our products are destined for medical use in hospitals and clinics, we feel that it is our duty to keep shipping printers and consumables for as long as possible.
While we do not anticipate any delay in fulfilling orders or providing you with support, we do ask that you remain patient. It is possible we could experience slower than usual shipping times, processing times and customer service responses due to factors outside of our control. We will continue to comply with guidelines issued by our State Government, the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization guidelines, each of which continues to evolve daily.
If and when the State of Minnesota issues a "Shelter In Place" order or some similar shutdown of non-essential businesses, we have already received many letters from hospitals and others in the medical community to help us prove to state officials that we are, in fact, an Essential Business that must remain open. If you would like to help us make our case, a letter from your organization would be very much appreciated.

In the event our phone support is unavailable you can find a “Chat Now” button on our website located near the bottom right in which you may speak live with a customer care representative to get your questions answered quickly. Our Knowledge Base at www.primera.com is also a good resource. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do everything we can to keep our customers and employees healthy and safe.
