On this day of love, remind yourself and others of our true nature as human beings.

Love is not only a gesture—it’s our natural state of existence.

Love is the ultimate super power:
It isn’t the enemy of hate, its hate’s only weakness.

Love isn’t a last resort, it leads the charge.

Love isn’t vague indifference, it’s intentional and particular.

Love is who we are.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Love,
Odigo Wellness

Meet Casiana! 🌸

Casiana believes massage therapy is an essential form of healthcare and is guided by a simple question: How do we best support people through their unique processes and circumstances?

This question reflects Casiana’s conviction that healing is not a single event, but a layered and ongoing process—one that thrives when presence, community, and agency are centered. It invites her to see clients in their fullness and respond with compassion, flexibility, and care.

Casiana also serves as Office Manager, here at Odigo —bringing warmth, creativity, and a sense of ease to the client experience.

This space is for all of us…

Lately, our beautiful city has been holding a lot.
And when a city feels heavy, our bodies feel it too.

Here, at Odigo Wellness, we created this space to be your pause — a warm cup of tea, a quiet corner, a moment to let your shoulders drop before your massage, yoga class, or acupuncture session begins.

We’re doing the work inside and out—within these walls, we’ve cultivated a feeling of safety, while also partnership with those who are out there, doing the work in our community.

Soon we will be rolling out our “No One Turned Away” community offerings as a way to extend a sanctuary for folks to come enjoy a movement class or join group work within our building, at little no cost.

As a part of “NOTA,” we just introduced a monthly restorative yoga class, taught by every second tuesday of the month:

All the proceeds from this restorative yoga class are donated to local organizations providing care to our community.

Last night was our first one and the recipient .apoyo — an organization that provides free mental health care to our immigrant community.

Our beautiful city needs one another.

Odigo stands with you all.

Check out our weekly calendar on our website to stay up to date on our of our sessions/ classes.

A “Day in the life” of a massage therapist.

Casiana founded EverBloom from the belief that healing should liberate, support, and honor the whole person. She believes massage therapy is an essential form of healthcare and is guided by a simple question: How do we best support people through their unique processes and circumstances?

Yoga w/ every Tuesday at 10am

Marigold’s classes are inspired by the feminine aspect of yoga while honoring and respecting its cultural roots and traditions. They offer a unique blend of practices such as tuning into the subtle body, connecting with the cosmos and the earth, flowing intuitively and sacredly, and also exploring mantra, flow, mudra, and sound to deepen the practice and also help one expand on their own magical uniqueness, beautiful truth and creativity.

Stumbled back into ‘s work this season and yeah…

Above is a quote from their piece “Love Letter From The After Life”—touching on lost ones.

The holidays can bring up a lot of complicated emotions.
Some of these celebrations don’t hit like they used to and it’s important to understand why:

The growing pains of life and the chaos of current society can’t make it tough to celebrate moments that once held more significance.

Death and loss can also make the holidays feel more heavy and it can be hard to find joy without the ones that were once here.

It’s important to remind ourselves that our loved ones still with us—inside our hearts.

Although all of our circumstances are different, one thing we can remind others of is that they’re not alone.

So if you have a moment to share some kindness to a stranger, call an old friend, remind a loved one how you feel, give to your community and spread love!

Love and hope something we can celebrate and share all year long:)
