New teacher, Welcome Hannah!
Slow Flow Saturdays at noon.

Hannah Marie (She/her): Core values: connectedness, belonging, growth. After discovering yoga post-athletics, Hannah was drawn to how the practice creates space to drop performance and show up honestly. Her intention is to guide classes that move through both the physical plane and inner landscape—exploring the truth of who we are and what we came here to express. Hannah is continuing her studies with The Seeker Yoga School’s 300hr cohort. Beyond the mat, she dreams of hiking the full Camino del Norte and adores her kitten, June. She holds deep gratitude for the Greenway Yoga community and can’t wait to connect, learn and grow together.
