Some fun facts about Kristi:
"I moved to Minnesota from Florida about 6 months ago and started working with ILO then. My background is in mental health and child abuse. I have 2 children who are considered grown who both have different types of disabilities. I was the Outreach Coordinator for the Disability Resource Center in Panama City, Florida where I learned more about the ADA and how to help people with disabilities learn their rights. I love working with ILO, because of all the opportunities that they offer and the clients that I get to meet and work with every day."

Some fun facts about Mia:
-enjoys listening to loud music and dancing while cooking
-enjoys taking care of her home and spending time with loved ones
-has a personal goal of working on a screenplay with her best friend
-loves learning new things while assisting clients throughout their day to day
-is grateful for being able to build connections with clients and have the opportunity to hear everyone's story
-grateful for ILO staff as they are supportive and welcoming which has made it easy to build trust and feel comfortable in the work environment
