Spring is around the corner, we promise! Now is the perfect time to kick your butt in gear and get a jump-start on your Spring fitness goals.

You've heard there's strength in numbers, right? This applies to your fitness routine too! Join our small group and benefit from a group training experience that supports, motivates and helps you to reach your individual goals.

PROGRAM DATES:
Monday, March 5th - Friday, April 27th, 2018

DETAILS:

-3 classes per week (M-W-F)
-6:00 am - 7:00 am
-Nutritionist and meal plans included
-$15 per class

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Knowledge – You’ll be coached by a fitness expert to pull and motivate you, helping you reach your individual goals, whatever they may be.

Nutrition – As a complimentary service, you'll meet with our nutritionist to maintain a sensible meal plan during your program (and hopefully beyond!), helping to maximize your individual goals.

Tracking – During the program, your total fitness and nutrition progression will be tracked by both a fitness expert and by our nutritionist.

Start the New Year off right!

I decided to make diet and fitness changes back  in October.  I had been gaining 3-5 pounds a year for the last 10 years...

I decided to make diet and fitness changes back in October. I had been gaining 3-5 pounds a year for the last 10 years and hated where that trajectory was headed. I enlisted Robert to train me two days a week - full-body, functional training. My goal was to be strong and fit, while reducing my body fat. I told him I did NOT want to be bulky. He tailor made a program for me and the results have been amazing! In tandem, I started an intermittent fasting program for 3 weeks, focusing on increasing my protein consumption and decreasing empty carbs. My first few days off sugar were so hard that Robert did it right along with me, texting me recipes, tips and encouragement!! After that three weeks, I am continuing to focus on protein consumption and I find I don’t even crave carbs as much any more.
My results have been so satisfying! I am down 17 pounds in 8 weeks, with an increase of 6 pounds of muscle! Thank you Robert-I am so indebted to you for your help!!!!

Today I had the pleasure of training Mary Vournakis, who lives in Detroit and is visiting her family in Minneapolis for the holidays. Mary is 70-years young and brought a lot of energy to today's morning session. I was amazed to see how mobile Mary was and she completed every movement that I put her through. Mary is the ultimate example of "if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it!" At every age, you really need to try and stay active. Your body will thank you (and reward you!).

Mary and I are planning to continue our training together through SPRK's Personalized Online Training service. I’m excited to work with Mary again and am thankful she trusts me to join her on her fitness journey!
