This unique initiative is the first care community of its kind to provide public housing and a range of services in one location to low-income older adults. North Point provides clinic services; Open Circle Adult Day Services offer activities designed to support individual identity and build connections while Feeney Manor is the first public housing community in the nation to offer enhanced assisted living and comprehensive memory care housing with services, managed by Augustana Care. Alive and Kickin's mission is to give voice to seniors through personal story and popular song, empowering its members to entertain and enlighten multi-generational audiences. Odom Health and Wellness provides Physical Therapy, Warm Water Aquatic Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services inside the facility. Grace Hospice and Home Care provides quality end of life care for the community.
