This time last year I was told I had an autoimmune disease & it was one of the hardest times I have ever gone through. I had my moments of, “self doubt”, & wanting to just give up…but I didn’t. I work very hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle & to keep working on growth. I’m really proud of the woman I am & the hardships I have gone through have only made me stronger! 💪🏻😍🔥

I’m really wanting & needing to get back into teaching yoga! I just need a space other than my home that I can commit to every Thursday @ 7pm. I have people who have been asking for my Chakra Course & now that things have slowed down for me, I’m really ready. Who’s knows a place I could use every Thursday for 2 hours in the downtown area? Thanks!

Hi 💋

It’s been a bit so I’m case you are new here 😉

✨Here is a little about me;

1) I will be 39 on 3/25🥳
2) I have 4 kids🤪
3) I own a daycare 🤗
4) I’m a yoga teacher 🧘‍♀️
5) I own a candle business making Intention Candles🔥
6) I have had a heart attack at 33yrs😪
7) I’m a & (which is an autoimmune disease where your body doesn’t fight off infections so we are more likely to get skin painful infections unless we take pristine care of our health. I take roughly 30 every day, everyday, & have a strict so that I avoid flare ups.
8) & are my top 2 favorite artist! I’m listening to music ALL day long & love 🎶
9) I care about the 🌎 so much so that I don’t have napkins, plastic, paper towels, or toilet paper in my home. (I have a bidet & toilet linens) 💚
10) I’m a to the core & believe in 🌈
