OVERSPEED DECELERATION‼️

Bungee assisted drills are used to train the athlete to decelerate quickly and absorb force while building eccentric strength.

Weighted sled sprint series with D1 soccer athlete

As we increase sprint distance we also increase the weight of the sled.

The goal is to Increase VO2 max capacity, cardiovascular conditioning as well as sprinting speed and acceleration.
