🚨 September Challenge Winner 🚨
Our September challenge was all about the miles — rucking with a weighted vest or pack (10 lbs for females, 20 lbs for males). And one athlete stood out from the start and never slowed down: . 💪
Lori put in an unbelievable 110.35 miles this month! 🥇 She shows up at 5 AM every day, crushes her WODs, and then straps on her ruck to put in the extra work. This month, she added extra miles on weekends to make her win undeniable. Lori isn’t just consistent — she’s relentless.

⛷️ October Challenge: Max Calories on the SkiErg ⛷️
This month, we’re testing power and stamina on the SkiErg. The goal? Burn as many calories as you can all October long!
📏 Challenge Details:
Calories must be accumulated before or after class — no SkiErg during or instead of class, please!
Bonus: Calories burned during designated workouts (i.e. Hyrbid classes) will also count towards your total. Also, if you are dropping into another gym while on vacation or business and they have a SkiErg, your calories count as long as your post them to your social media account. 🙌
