The holidays are a beautiful time to gather, celebrate, and enjoy — and they can also be a lot on the body, especially digestion.
A few gentle reminders this season:
✨ Eat slowly and mindfully
✨ Choose warm, cooked foods when you can
✨ Sip ginger or peppermint tea after meals
✨ Take a short walk to support digestion
🎉As we look ahead to the new year, January is a wonderful time to reset, restore, and set intentions for your health.
I’ll be focusing in the clinic on supporting digestion, energy, immune health, and helping patients create realistic, sustainable wellness goals.
