Are you S T R E S S E D? π΅βπ«
You may not outwardly think so, but the fact of the matter is we are ALL constantly navigating daily stressors from the outside. Stress takes many forms including physical stress, chemical stress, and emotional stress. We can of course try our best to minimize the amount of exposure to these 3 different stressors, but realistically they will never go away. From the physical stress of child birth, sedentary life styles, picking up children and toys all day long... to our ever increasing toxic world... and constantly navigating emotional stress from work, raising our family, financial hardships... most of our buckets are completely full before we even start our day. πͺ£ π§
Our goal with chiropractic care is to allow your body to ADAPT to all the different stressors in your life so you can experience life to the fullest! π
No matter how big or small the stress is, it's all about how our brain perceives and responds to that stress.
