Ways to Celebrate Black History Month:
Support Local Businesses: Intentionally purchase from, dine at, and promote Black-owned businesses, restaurants, and artists.

Education & Literature: Read books by Black authors and watch documentaries regarding the Black experience.
Visit Museums & Historical Sites: Tour local, regional, or virtual museums focused on Black history.

Support Nonprofits & Advocacy: Donate to or volunteer with organizations that support Black communities, including mutual aid groups.

Cultural Engagement: Listen to music by Black artists, explore Black history archives, and attend, or co-host, community parades or performances.

New office and clinician alert 🚨 Meet Tori Trittin, MSW, LGSW!!! Tori works with adults, teams, and kids at our Golden Valley location.

Tori has a particular passion for working with clients who have ADHD as she is keen on helping those client make sense of their scattered minds and put together plans and structure. Having someone else look at what is not working, and use their mind to make a better roadmap, can make a tremendous difference in discovering and harnessing the hidden superpower that ADHD can be.

We are BIG fans of Tori and we think you will be too!
