I get asked a lot about what to put in kids lunches! Both my kids make their own lunch and here are few pics of what they packed this week! My rule is a protein/fruit/veggie and healthy fats! Thermos has meatballs and sauce from dinner and the second lunch has the yogurt with rawr bar protein chunks to put in it! A thermos with leftovers pretty standard in our house and we pack those the night before and heat up in the morning! Let me know if you have any questions!
