Whenever the normal drainage pattern in the lymph nodes is disturbed or damaged—often during surgery to remove the lymph nodes—the arm may swell. This swelling, caused by too much fluid, is called lymphedema.

Did you know our Larissa and Serena Bra can be covered by insurance for breast cancer related surgeries? Typically 2 are covered with a prescription from your doctor using the L8015 code. Contact your insurance company to get details about reimbursement. Many doctors/nurses don’t realize that, or patients aren’t told so we like to share this information. 💕
