He saw firsthand how individuals battling chronic illnesses, whose conditions didn't improve with drugs, surgery, and other conventional approaches, found restoration of their health through nutrition, chiropractic, mindset, detoxification, and movement. Witnessing patients regain their vitality, free themselves from medication, and discover renewed appreciation for life made Dr. Lee realize that this was his true calling. YES… holistic health is my ABSOLUTE passion. I believe it’s my God-given gift!
But to keep things fun and interesting, here are 3 incredibly random fun facts about me 😂😁

1. I still play hockey with my 69-year-old dad every week.
And honestly? He keeps up with us kids better than he should. The man’s a machine (and well adjusted 😉)

2. I almost went to medical school.
I started down that path, but realized I didn’t want to be a reactive doctor—waiting for people to get sick before I could help them. I wanted to be proactive. That’s what led me to chiropractic care.

3. My whole family is full of musicians.
When I’m not adjusting people or training, you’ll catch me jamming out on my electric guitar. It’s my favorite way to decompress.

Don’t want to scare ya here but……….Your workout doesn’t give you a free pass to sit all day.
Prolonged sitting is an independent risk factor for disease and early death - regardless of your fitness level!

Most people think if they work out 3-4 times a week, they’re good. But here’s the problem: you can’t out-train 8+ hours of sitting.

Research shows prolonged sitting is independently linked to chronic disease, metabolic dysfunction, poor mental health, and early death - even in people who exercise regularly.

The receipts::::::
Sitting 6-8+ hours daily increases all-cause mortality risk by 20-40%. That means you’re literally more likely to die earlier just from sitting.

Easy fix tho! - small changes create MASSIVE results:
One large study found that going from ~3,000 steps/day to ~7,000 steps/day reduced all-cause mortality by 50-70%. You don’t need to become a marathon runner. You just need to MOVE MORE throughout your day.

Why movement is non-negotiable:
