I will be teaching a 6-week Seated Tai Chi class on Tuesdays at 10:00am beginning February 10th through Eden Prairie Parks & Recreation.
We will meet at Staring Lake BLDG Lake View Room at Staring Lake Park.

𝗗𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗺'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 was used for the 'Tele Tai Chi' research program by the TechSAge Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (USA).

Tai Chi for Arthritis was chosen because it is an evidence-based program that includes many proven benefits, including falls prevention, decreases in pain, increases in strength, and improvements in balance.
