We provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community.

Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN. We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services include Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Our Community Living Department added a fun team‑building activity to last month’s department meeting with a spaghetti noodle and marshmallow tower building challenge! There were plenty of laughs, teamwork, broken noodles, and a little friendly competition.

We are so grateful for our incredible employees, the people we support, and everyone who showed up at the Capitol last week to advocate for inclusion and access across multiple advocacy days, including Disability Services Day, Mental Health Day, and MSSA Day.

Your voices, stories, and presence made a powerful impact. Advocacy takes time, courage, and commitment, and we are thankful to stand alongside such passionate advocates who continue to speak up for disability services, mental health supports, and stronger systems of care.

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Brianna 🌟
Brianna Buffington joined Reach for Resources as an Occupational Therapy intern, inspired by growing up with two siblings on the autism spectrum and a passion for inclusive, community‑based support.

During her internship, Brianna worked with our Adaptive Recreation and Inclusion team, creating a 12‑week social skills curriculum for our Social Seekers program and supporting inclusion at community summer camps. One participant shared that her activities helped them feel more confident making friends—an impact Brianna is proud of.
