When your body is craving something warm, grounding, and nourishing 🤍

This is one of my go-to snacks lately.
Simple. Cozy. So satisfying.

✨ Chop up a pear (or apple)
✨ Sprinkle with cinnamon + a pinch of cardamom
✨ Add a splash of water
✨ Bake at 350° for ~10–15 minutes
That’s it.

Your kitchen will smell amazing…and your body gets a little moment to slow down and receive something warm.

Sometimes nourishment isn’t complicated; it’s just listening to what your body is asking for.

Infertility and miscarriage can feel incredibly isolating…especially when you’re left wondering why your body is doing what it’s doing.

Homemade peanut butter cups… but with a little upgrade. 🍫🥜🍓

These are ridiculously easy to make and feel like a treat while still keeping things simple and wholesome.

Here’s what you need:
• melted peanut butter
• smashed berries (any kind you love)
• melted chocolate
• coconut oil (optional – helps keep the chocolate softer)

How to make them:
1️⃣ Add about 1-2 tbsp melted peanut butter to a muffin liner
2️⃣ Add a layer of smashed berries
3️⃣ Top with 1-2 tbsp melted chocolate
4️⃣ Freeze until set
And that’s it. Dessert is ready. ✨
