How do you start?
📅 Daily: veggies, fruit, whole grains & seeds
📆 Weekly: fish & seafood, poultry, eggs, moderate dairy
🗓️ Monthly: limited red meat and sweets
🚫 Avoid: highly processed foods, refined grains, added sugar
