If I wanted maximum impact in one treatment… here’s exactly how I’d approach it.

Looking at her facial structure, we want to be very strategic, especially with a rounder facial shape. The goal isn’t to add volume, it’s to create structure and balance. I would use filler to support the chin and pre-jowl sulcus, marrying these areas to create a smoother, more defined lower face.

As for tox, those 20 units would be thoughtfully placed in the lower face targeting the DAO, mentalis, and platysmal bands to reduce downward pull and improve contour.
