Breaking the Stigma🩷
Mental health touches many families, co-workers, and communities.
Many people still carry their struggles quietly. They may be worried about being judged, misunderstood, or seen differently.
What if we created spaces where everyone felt safe to say:
“I’m not okay.”
“I need help.”
“I’m working on myself.”
Breaking the stigma doesn’t start with big campaigns.
It starts with compassion, listening, conversation, and being curious without judgement.
Sometimes having conversations with others about our mental health can open up connection, support, and making others feel not alone.
