It often seems that we live in a world that celebrates constant productivity which can slowing down can feel uncomfortable—but rest is not a reward; it’s a need. 💚

Making intentional space for quiet moments helps restore your energy, clarify your thoughts, and nurture your emotional regulation. It could be a deep breath, a walk outside (or inside), or a few mindful minutes.

You deserve rest just as much as you deserve growth. 🫶💚💙

As flu and germ season picks up, we want to gently remind our community: if you’re not feeling well, it’s okay to take time to rest and recover at home.

Staying home when you’re sick isn’t just about protecting your own health—it’s an act of care for others, too. Whether it’s a cough, fever, or just feeling “off,” listen to your body and give yourself the space to heal and recover.

Our team is always here to support you. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please reach out—we’re happy to help. 💙

Please take care of yourself, and thank you for helping keep our community healthy and safe!

It can be easy to feel pressure to have all the answers or make everything better right away—but healing, growth, and change take time. 💚💙

Allow yourself to take things one step at a time. Focus on what’s in front of you, breathe, and give yourself permission to rest in the process.

Small progress is still progress. You don’t have to fix it all at once—you just have to keep showing up for yourself. 🫶💙💚

With the upcoming possibility of SNAP resources being temporarily unavailable due to the government shutdown, we know many community members may be facing added stress and uncertainty around food access. 💚💙

Here is a list of local food pantries and soup kitchens in our area to help connect our community with available support.

We will also be collecting nonperishable food to donate locally — if you have items to donate, you can drop them off at the front desk of the clinic.💚

🫶 Do you know of another local food resource? Please comment below so we can continue to share and support one another.

Together, we can help ensure no one in our community goes without. 💚💙🫶

🌿 Chronic Pain Support Group – Coming This December 🌿

Living with chronic pain can be exhausting—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You don’t have to face it alone. 💙

We’re exploring interest in a new Chronic Pain Therapy Group starting this December! The group will meet once a week in the evening.

This group will provide a supportive space to:
💙Learn coping strategies for managing pain and stress
💙 Share experiences with others who may understand
💙 Build self-compassion, and find hope in healing

If you are interested in joining, please contact us at 701-355-6800. 💚

🧡 “As the seasons change, I welcome change within myself.”💛

Just as nature moves through cycles, we also can experience seasons of growth, transition, and renewal. 🍂

Welcoming change in ourselves—whether it’s a shift in habits, mindset, or perspective—can help with reducing stress and building resilience. Embracing these inner changes can help allow us to adapt, grow, and move forward with intention. 💛

Take a moment today to notice what changes are happening within you, and honor your progress. 💙💚🫶

🍂 Fall Self-Care Reminder 🍂

As the days get shorter and the air turns more crisp, it can be a great time to tune into your mental and emotional well-being. 🌿

This season, self-care could look like:
✨ Cozying up with a warm drink
✨ Spending time outdoors in the fresh fall air
✨ Journaling or reflecting on your goals and feelings
✨ Prioritizing rest and healthy routines

Small moments of care create big changes. Make space for yourself today and every day. You deserve it.💙💚🫶

Share with us your favorite fall self-care! We would love to hear it!
