🌿 Welcome Kayla Liebelt, LAPC
Durand & Associates is delighted to welcome Kayla to our practice!
Kayla Liebelt, LAPC, strives to help people feel seen, heard, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. She emphasizes that every voice and story matters through her practice as a mental health therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Minot State and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Mary.
Kayla has experience in working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and couples experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a space that is comfortable and safe for individuals to be their authentic selves. Her practice integrates CBT with a person-centered approach. She is currently continuing her education with intention to offer brainspotting; a somatic, trauma-focused therapy modality.
Kayla finds great passion additionally in her work as a dance choreographer and coach. She emphasizes mind, body, and emotional connection through movement in this role, which has expanded her understanding of how therapy can look different for each individual.
Welcome, Kayla!
We’re thrilled to have you joining our team and are looking forward to the meaningful difference you’ll bring to our community. We’re so glad you’re here! ✨
