November 1st marks exactly 1 year since my life changed forever. One year ago today, I thought I had lost everything that ever mattered to me. What I couldn’t see then, was that it was actually the BIGGEST blessing of my life! That day was NOT the end...it was the BEGINING of the LAST time I would EVER be abused. That was the day the cycle was truly BROKEN. He didn’t kick me out… he set me FREE!!!
This past year I have gained more than I ever imagined. I have gained GRATITUDE. I have gained EMPOWERMENT. I have found my SELF-WORTH. I have discovered true ABUNDANCE. I found my VOICE. The PEACE and STILLNESS within my heart are beyond words. The CONNECTIONS and GIFTS I’ve unlocked are indescribable.
CLARITY. LOVE. WHOLENESS. FULFILLMENT.
I have learned so many TRUTHS... some painful, but even more that are beautiful truths. I AM HONORING MYSELF. The more BOUNDARIES I set, the more FREEDOM I gain. I HAVE FOUND MY LIGHT.
The test was never meant to break me... it was meant to REVEAL ME.
Spirit spoke these words to me:
“My Rewards” (for taking this year to heal and work on myself)
♡PEACE THAT CANNOT BE STOLEN ♡
♡ABUNDANCE THAT CANNOT BE BLOCKED ♡
♡FAVOR THAT FLOWS WITHOUT END ♡
“As you stand in your power, blessings multiply around you.”
So November 1st is my NEW YEAR. This is the day I will always celebrate MY New Year — the day my blessings began to overflow. Each year they will multiply, and I am so DAMNED EXCITED to watch my abundance flow in.
I LOST NOTHING THIS PAST YEAR...
I GAINED EVERYTHING!
May everyone find their New Year, NewYou...Filled with everflowing abundance in EVERY aspect of YOUR life!!

Subject: With Love and Gratitude – Closing My Office
Dear Beloved Clients and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I share some unexpected news. I’ve just been informed that everyone must vacate the building by the end of next month.
Because of this, I will be closing my doors on July 1st.
This is not an easy message to write, as each of you holds a very special place in my heart. Working with you has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me, for the healing we’ve shared, and for the growth I’ve witnessed both in you and within myself through our time together.
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for all the support, trust, and love this community has shown me. It’s been an honor to hold space for each of you, and I am truly humbled by the connections we've built.
Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you on your journey. Your presence, your stories, and your courage have touched me in ways I will never forget.
I apologize for the suddenness of this transition and any inconvenience it may cause. Please know this decision does not come lightly, and it in no way reflects a lack of love or commitment to our work together.
With all my heart, thank you for being a part of this sacred space.

In November, I faced a major life change and lost everything that was most important to me. I was broken down to nothing, and the pain and abandonment felt unbearable. However, after a few intense weeks of deep inner work, I emerged stronger than ever. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

I now understand that everything is just a situation, and we have the power to choose our emotional response to it. This realization was incredibly liberating and allowed me to live in freedom. I also discovered that regret had been holding me back for so long. From childhood onwards, I had carried regret with me. But I asked myself, what purpose does regret serve? We can't change the past—it no longer exists. Neither does the future. So, why worry about them?

All we truly have is this very moment. Stay present in this moment!
