Shelli and I are taking a much needed break for Turkey Day!

Shelli will be hibernating in her warm cozy house while I will be hanging on the prairie with the horses, steers and cats! Hopefully, I will not get buried with snow, trampled by a steer or eaten by the cats! lol

If you need something from us please message me through Tebra. If you need refills call your pharmacy so they can send me a request. I will check messages and refill requests as I can.

I hope you all have a very yummy and safe Turkey Day! We will both be back in the clinic on Monday December 1st!

Sometimes my patients just do not realize just how much i need them as much as they need me!🥰

Shelli, best nurse EVER, has to have a surgery on her foot August 22nd! Even she is not invincible! Things may be bumpy for a week as Jen is here by herself 8/22, 8/25, and 8/26. Jen will be in the office but obviously can't answer the phone when in with patients so MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE MESSAGES! She will get back to you ASAP.

The office will be closed 8/27-9/1.
8/27 is our normal Wednesday off.
8/28-8/29 is Jens monthly end of the month break.
9/1 is Labor Day.

Jen will check for portal messages and medication refills daily!

Today is the last day Shelli and Jen will be seeing patients in the South Broadway location. We are excited to get our new spot up and running but sad to leave the spot we have called home for the past three years.

We will be getting our phones set up in the new location on Monday the 21st. Until then leave us a message and even through the move we will be checking these.

MED REFILLS can be sent to Jen through messaging the portal or through your pharmacy.

MEDICAL RECORDS FOR DARCY can still be accessed through us but please call to set up a time to grab them from the new location as we will be in and out the first few days getting things going.

REMEMBER the new address is 7 3rd ST SE STE 110. This is in the Renaissance Center that is attached to the south side of Ebeneezers. THIS IS NOT LOCATED IN THE BRICKS BUIOLDING.
