Cornerstone Cares 💗⛽️ Supporting Fuel the Fight

This week, our Cornerstone Cares donation went to Fuel the Fight, an annual fundraiser through the Trinity Health Foundation that helps local cancer patients cover the cost of transportation to and from their treatments.

Now in its 8th year, Fuel the Fight raised over $50,000 this year — an incredible reflection of the generosity and strength of our community. The funds go directly toward providing gas vouchers for patients receiving care at the Trinity Health CancerCare Center, helping ease the burden of travel costs during such a difficult time.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to close out the month of October, our Cornerstone Chiropractic team proudly wore pink to show our support for all those impacted by breast cancer. 💕

We were honored to donate $100 this week to Fuel the Fight and to have Lori Wonnenberg accept the check on behalf of the Trinity Health Foundation.

Together, we can continue fueling hope, healing, and community support — one act of care at a time.

Through our ongoing Cornerstone Cares initiative, we are honored to give back to the programs and organizations that make a difference right here in Minot.

This week, our team is proud to donate $100 to the Minot Commission on Aging’s Meals on Wheels program — an incredible local effort that delivers hot and frozen meals to residents in need. Each week, dedicated volunteers drive through our community, bringing more than just food — they deliver friendship, compassion, and a quick wellness check that helps keep our neighbors healthy and connected.

Meals on Wheels proves that sometimes the smallest gestures — a warm meal, a friendly face, or a few kind words — can make the biggest impact in someone’s day. Cornerstone Chiropractic is humbled to support such meaningful work that truly nourishes both body and spirit.

Accepting the check on behalf of the Minot Commission on Aging is Volunteer Kim Caldwell.
Kim encourages others in our community to get involved! The Minot Commission on Aging is always looking for volunteers. If you’d like to learn more about helping out or signing up for deliveries, stop by the Parker Center downtown or visit their page to see how you can make a difference.
