Specialty massages

Craniosacral therapy- supports nervous system regulation and allows the resolution of conditions resulting from stress and trauma. Practitioners use an educated, gentle, non-invasive touch to engage with the expressions of health in the system. Hydrocolon therapy- this session is done by a certified therapist. You are hooked up to a enclosed system to insert water and flush out colon. Himalayan Salt Massage- Because the skin is the largest organ and absorbs minerals, as well as toxins, there is enormous benefit in using the salt stones over river stones. The magnesium content helps to relax muscles and melt tension, and the other 80+ minerals and trace elements are beneficially absorbed to alkalize, gently draw out toxins, and because of the unadulterated salt, it draws moisture to the upper layers of the skin, plumping and moisturizing, leaving the skin quite smooth. Aroma therapy massage- Choice of one essential oil to be added



Pregnancy massage - relaxing mom's to be. One hour session Must be in 2nd trimester



Healing touch- Helps to restore and balance energy that has been depleted due to stress, illness, and injury. Foot Scrub or Hand scrub- Using a salt or sugar scrub massaged in and using a hot towel to remove all the scrub fallowed by a massage oil or cream. Dry Skin Brush Exfoliation- Your skin is exfoliated by your therapist with a dry skin brush in one hand and an exfoliation glove in their other hand. A perfect add-on prior to a massage. Infrared Sauna- Private person sauna


Warm Coconut Scalp relaxer-Relax while 100% organic warm coconut oil is drizzled and massaged all over your scalp and hair. Alleviating muscle tension throughout your neck and scalp while your hair will be thoroughly coated and conditioned with coconut oil. For best conditioning results, it is recommended to leave the coconut oil in overnight, and wash it out in the morning. Reflexology- 60min sessions and 90min sessions
