We celebrated Valentine’s Day on Friday with our residents with a fancy lunch! The kitchen staff all did a fabulous job! They served a seafood platter with shrimp, Parmesan crusted baby roasted potatoes and honey roasted carrots and donner rolls with a side salad and for dessert they made a delicious and almost too beautiful to eat cherry chip cake and for our cocktails we had a pink champagne with raspberry sherbet and fresh raspberries! Then we had a Valentine’s Social with an assortment of cheesecakes and for the drinks we served up Strawberries and Cream Bailey’s Shakes!
