We have been working hard to accept more insurance options and we have some good news! We are now accepting UnitedHealth Care. We continue to accept Medicaid, BCBS, Sanford and Tricare, as well as self-pay options. Please call with any questions regarding your insurance plan or for scheduling at 701-587-1066!
