Our mission has always been to provide the very best care for the communities we serve. After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue primary care, lab, and radiology services in Minot, with the final day of care on November 21, 2025.
Patients will continue to have strong local primary care options, and our team is personally helping them transition their care and medical records to ensure there’s no disruption. We’re also supporting our staff and providers by identifying opportunities within CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck and Garrison. We are deeply grateful for our dedicated team and their commitment to the Minot community.
