Pain is rarely the real problem, rather it's usually the result of something else not working the way it should.
Your body is constantly adapting: compensating for limited mobility, bracing when something feels unstable, finding a workaround when something isn’t doing its job, etc.
And over time, those adaptations can show up as hip pain, back pain, leaking, neck tension, and even with you saying, "I don’t feel like myself anymore."
