So many important topics to cover were doubling up in February!!
💥First up Thrive Feeding and Lactation Stephanie Rahe will be discussing all things oral function! This topic is for parents of all ages as many oral ties go undiagnosed and may cause issues as kids get older!
💥Second we have Kristen McKee of Beautiful Beginnings & Wellness LLC teaching us how to track our fertility for both trying to conceive and natural prevention. A woman's cycle tells a lot about her overall health and wellness and something we all could use a refresher on!

Orofacial myofunctional therapy targets the strength and coordination of the lips, tongue, cheeks, and jaw. This therapy helps promote optimal breathing, chewing, and swallowing patterns, supporting overall oral development and speech clarity.

Myofunctional therapy is also an essential piece of therapy before and after completing a frenectomy (lip, tongue, or cheek tie release). We’re here to guide you every step of the way!

This workshop is geared toward parents of babies who are starting solids as well as babies who are already on their feeding journey. There will be many strategies provided that will benefit babies, toddlers, and children of any age. We will review readiness, baby’s first foods, positioning, selecting feeding products, and mealtime language, safety, amongst many other topics! This workshop is PACKED actionable tips and strategies to help you! So whether your child is about to start solids or already has, this workshop will give you the tools you need to guide your child to be a happy and adventurous eater!

The Prenatal Breastfeeding Course is back for the winter!

Once again, this course will have a live stream option so you can tune in from ANYWHERE!! While I’m so excited to have this as an option to make it more accessible, I would still LOVE to see you in person!

First-time parents? Or already have other children? Either way, this workshop is for you. It is jammed packed with information and strategies to not only get your breastfeeding journey off to a great start, but to also have continued success! It will cover topics such as benefits of breastfeeding, positioning, latching, pumping, bottle feeding, in addition to troubleshooting difficult issues and building a support community. Breastfeeding can have its ups and downs and twists and turns, so our goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported with whatever your breastfeeding goal may be and walk out of this course confident going into your 4th trimester.

It’s 2026, which means Mallory will be starting to offer perinatal and infant massage in office! And what better way to celebrate than by giving away a 1-HOUR MOM/BABY MASSAGE!! 😃

This consultation will include a full hour massage visit with Mallory for both you and your baby. Mama and baby are so intricately connected. A relaxed mama = relaxed baby and a relaxed baby = relaxed mama. Mallory is speciality trained in perinatal massage, as well as infant massage and can offer the both relaxation, but also functional massage for both mom and baby. Just a few benefits of infant massage are: strengthening the parental bond, promoting relaxation, improving sleep, aiding digestion, boosting immunity, reducing stress hormones (cortisol), and improving circulation.

If you are not in a season of life where this would be of benefit, it can be gifted to family, friend, neighbor, etc. 😊
