So very excited about this collaboration with Smart Play Therapy!! 😃😃

Eating can be challenging for many children — especially neurodivergent kids. Our neurodiversity-affirming feeding therapy focuses on supporting children in a way that is trauma-informed, honors their sensory needs, communication styles, and autonomy. Our feeding therapy is always child-led, play-based, and respectful, which is key to creating safety and confidence at mealtimes.

This course will provide parents actionable tips and strategies to help navigate those challenging mealtime moments. Bethany will teach a framework for structuring mealtime that works for both you and your child. From understanding why your child is more selective in what they eat, to increasing interest around new foods, to using language swaps that empower your child, this class will leave you feeling ready to take on mealtime! This course would be great for parents of toddlers through school age children!

Mama and baby are so intricately connected. A relaxed mama = relaxed baby and a relaxed baby = relaxed mama. Mallory is speciality trained in perinatal massage, as well as infant massage and can offer the both relaxation, but also therapeutic massage for both mom and baby. Just a few benefits of infant massage are: strengthening the parental bond, promoting relaxation, improving sleep, aiding digestion, boosting immunity, reducing stress hormones (cortisol), and improving circulation.

💥Second we have Kristen McKee of Beautiful Beginnings & Wellness LLC teaching us how to track our fertility for both trying to conceive and natural prevention. A woman's cycle tells a lot about her overall health and wellness and something we all could use a refresher on!
