GROUND TURKEY SLOPPY JOES
lean protein that will fill you up!! I love how these can be eaten in bowls with rice, cauliflower rice, on buns, or even over a baked potato 🥔

INGREDIENTS:
Ground turkey (love buying mine from )
1 onion
1 bell pepper
16 oz tomato sauce 🥫
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp mustard & minced garlic
& 1 tsp chili powder, garlic salt, black pepper

6 years ago I got laid off from my dream job…that I moved across the country for. It felt like I won the lottery when the company on my vision board hired me.

I worked for months to get their attention, sent handfuls of resumes, and packed my car in a day when I finally got a job with them. It was so deflating when I was let go. 💨

I felt like a failure.

Eventually I realized the same vision board and habits that got me my dream job…could get me to my next successes in life.

I moved home, and after racking my brain for my next move, I discovered I wanted to start my own business. It took so much planning, goal setting, and daily tasks that I created my own planner to help me try to keep things straight.

Then The One Life Planner became a business, and it’s been my favorite job ever since. 💕 I’m beyond passionate about meal prepping, writing my habits, and putting my dreams in front of me.

After years of vision boards, my arms and heart are so full. I just want to share this practice with everyone!! Your dream life is ✨possible✨.

Often it’s just the little habits that help us unlock it. 🔑

CREAMY WHITE CHICKEN CHILI 🤤
Inspired by

INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breast
1 jalapeño
1 onion
3 tbsp minced garlic
4-6 cups chicken broth
1 can beans
1 can corn
1 can green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup salsa verde
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 4 oz cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣Sauté onion, jalapeño & garlic in oil.
2️⃣Add spices & cook until fragrant.
3️⃣Add chicken & broth cook for 20 mins.
4️⃣When chicken is cooked, pull it & shred it up.
5️⃣Add chicken back in with beans, corn, chiles, salsa verde, & cheese - cook until cheese is melted.
6️⃣Remove from heat, add cilantro, and serve.

Being a mom is one of the most challenging yet most rewarding parts of my life. 💕 it’s a change no one can prepare you for, and a happiness you could never imagine.

One big thing I learned is to prioritize my to do list. My evenings now have playtime, bathtime, bedtime, then picking up all the little toys.

Setting ONE GOAL in my One Life Planner has never been so important. Each morning I write down one thing I want to accomplish that day so when I lay my head on my pillow at night, I’m proud got done.

Moms know it’s easy to get to the end of a day and ask, “what did I get done?” This planner helps organize the chaos and help you stay mentally strong in life’s craziness.

It’s okay to go through a funk. 🤍

I’ve been clawing my way through huge life changes this year, and the hardest part has been motivating myself to keep a healthy routine!

My world has been rocked in all the ways I’ve longed for. 🥰 A baby, a new house, a new dream business, and now another baby. 😮‍💨 I won’t lie it’s been exhausting trying to keep my body energized to stay consistent in the gym and online while juggling all the other things. (especially with minimal nights of unbothered sleep).

I’m a sense I feel I am starting over, but I wanted to say hello again. 💕💕 If you’re about to start college, a marriage, or push a baby out of your body…or just starting any new way of life - it’s my goal to hold your hand and help you stay healthy mentally and physically through it all TOGETHER.

I’ll share my best:
