This month marks two incredible years of Lolek Neurologic Rehab serving our community! What started as a dream to provide specialized neurologic care close to home has grown into something truly special.

Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of helping individuals with neurologic conditions move better, feel stronger, and live more confidently. From one-on-one therapy sessions to our amazing Rock Steady Boxing community, we are continually inspired by the hard work, resilience, and encouragement we see every day.

Lolek Neuro is excited to announce a new Rock Steady Boxing class starting February, offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30–11:30 AM.

If you or a loved one is living with Parkinson’s disease, Rock Steady Boxing is a fun, motivating way to fight back—helping improve strength, balance, coordination, and confidence in a structured, supportive environment with no prior boxing experience needed. All functional levels are welcome!

💙 Thanks to our friends at Parkinson’s Support and Wellness, all startup equipment is provided at no cost, and class fees may be reduced by up to 75% per month.

👥 Classes are limited to 8 boxers to ensure individualized attention.

This summer has flown by, and we’ve been busy growing and improving things here at Lolek Neuro. With the new school year just around the corner, we’re excited to launch a NEW early morning group non-contact boxing class — designed just for you!

What: Boxing-inspired HIIT for a full-body workout — build strength, power, speed, stamina, and better posture!

Who: Open to all fitness levels — no boxing experience needed. Exercises can be modified to meet your needs.

When: Twice a week for 6 weeks — the perfect way to start your day strong!

Pricing: $200 for the full 6-week program — $20 per class drop in rate may be available pending open availability in class roster
