Nicole founder and owner, graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in 1996. She has worked in both the hospital and outpatient setting specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. She opened her own physical therapy and wellness practice in Harrisburg, NC in 2013. Frustrated with the changes in healthcare snd insurances dictating patient care, she evolved from the traditional insurance based practice to a concierge approach to treatment allowing the patient to be first!! She uses a comprehensive approach to treatment, treating the entire body based on the patient’s needs. She believes movement is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
