A beginner-level practice based on the traditional 26-pose sequence but includes additional poses. The “+” indicates that the system expands into a more advanced series, with the Core 40 and Core 84 representing intermediate and advanced levels, respectively.

The class emphasizes building strength, flexibility, and mental focus through a heated room and a systematic approach that can be tailored to the practitioner’s pace.

Created by Tony Sanchez, this system draws from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage where Core 40 and Core 84 incorporates more intense postures and breathing exercises as the practice progresses.
