A Supersized Day Of Fun.

The best LIFE lesson happened during Yoga class. Class began with bright, warm sunshine. During class, it got cloudy, dismal. The temperature dropped. It started to rain and a cold wind blew all around us. So we huddled in together. No one left. No one quit. No one said: “ it’s too rough now. I give up.” We stood ten toes down. 100 students!!! It was such a reminder…When things don’t go as planned. Dig deep. Don’t give up. YOU ARE RESILIENT. YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU KNOW! The Yoga Holiday Pajama Party for A Time to Heal Yoga students.. Yogis preparing for class enjoying Holiday music, Vendors, fun pajamas and beautiful weather. Not to forget…a full Vinyasa Flow class. A Time to Heal Yoga.
