Therapy isn’t only about “fixing” yourself; it’s often about learning how to navigate relationships, boundaries, and emotional dynamics with others, especially when those others are struggling or unwilling to grow.

Sometimes, therapy gives you the language and tools to recognize when someone’s behavior is unhealthy and the courage to step back from what no longer supports your well-being. we don’t always know what to do with it.

Healing isn’t just about fixing what broke you. It’s about softening what hardened. t’s about teaching your nervous system that safety isn’t boring, it’s freedom.
It’s about learning to breathe when things are good without waiting for the other shoe to drop.

It’s realizing you deserve to laugh without guilt.

Last Saturday night was one for the books! 🎤✨ I had an amazing night at Karaoke in the Gardens with my girl and the crew — we sang, danced, and vibed to incredible performances all night long.

A huge shoutout to and for putting together another unforgettable Karaoke night for our city. Always great seeing Congresswoman in the building showing love as she never misses a beat! 💪🏾❤️

and took us way back with that good good music! 🎶🎼 What a night!

In Loving Memory of a True Warrior 🩷

Our hearts are still broken from losing you, and we miss you deeply JLo. You were LIGHT in human form always making others feel seen, loved, and special. Even through the darkness, your spirit shined bright. Cancer didn’t win. You faced it with love, strength, and grace that will forever inspire us. You leave behind two beautiful daughters who will carry your legacy and your light💡.

Cancer tried to take her, but it never truly won. Lo’s love, her laughter, and her faith were far stronger than any diagnosis. She faced every challenge with courage and grace and in doing so, she taught all of us what it means to fight with love.

These are just some of the memories we made together, moments I’ll always keep close to my heart. 💗

As we close Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I want to remind everyone: Someone is fighting, stand with them.
Love and support make warriors even stronger. Ladies, please get your mammograms yearly. Early detection saves lives 🩷 🎀 .
