Hofferth Chiropractic Center Established in 1992. Dr Jerry Hofferth has been serving Michiana since 1992. He is a 1992 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Our mission is to provide high quality Chiropractic care and to educate/coach practice members on how to make healthier lifestyle choices so that they can optimize their overall quality of life! Dr. Hofferth has served as team Chiropractor for the University of Notre Dame Athletics since 2005. We offer:

Caffeinated tea also found to slow cognitive decline in study.

very big study...followed 590,000 people, average age 64 for over 8 years!

The authors reported that even very small changes were associated with such benefits. These included around 5 additional minutes of sleep per night, 2 extra minutes per day of moderate to vigorous physical activity, and modest improvements in diet. Together, these changes were associated with roughly one additional year of healthy life. “Healthy life” here refers to years lived without major illness or disability that limits daily functioning.
